John Carpenter

John Carpenter, a master filmmaker of action and science fiction, is known for a great number of films marked as much by the action and violence they portray as their spectacular synth-based scores which he composed himself, including 1976's cult classic Assault on Precinct 13, the soundtrack for which Record Makers issued the first official release in 2003.
