The offer and the sale of products on our web site "recordmakers.com" are governed by the present General terms of sale. Products bought on Recordmakers.com are directly sold by Record Makers SARL (Record Makers limited company), 6 André Messager, 75018 Paris, France.
Record Makers sale on recordmakers.com products and practices its own activity of e-commerce exclusively towards the "final consumer". By "final consumer", is indicated every natural person who do not operates for any activity of company or professional. If you are not a "final consumer", we invite you to abstain from concluding commercial transactions on recordmakers.com. Considering the commercial policy described above, Record Makers reserves the right to not follow up the orders from every person who would not be a "final consumer" or to orders which not corresponding to his commercial policy such as defined in the present.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes inclusive except contribution to costs of processing and shipping. These prices are communicated in Euros with the conversion in currencies.

In the event of order towards a country other than the Metropolitan France you are the importer of the products concerned. For all the products dispatched except European Union and Dom-Tom, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the process of order. We do our utmost for the delivery intervenes within 24 hours in 3 days for the orders to metropolitan France and EU, for the rest of the world the delivery deadline is the one of the national carrier.

Simple Colissimo contractually connects Recordmakers.com with The Post office for the France shipment. For the shipments in EU and rest of the world, Record Makers uses the services of the Post office.

The delivery charges are automatically calculated as soon as you finalize your shopping cart and appear in the total to pay. Customs charges and others in the country of arrival are in charge to the buyer. In case of loss or of deterioration of the product during the transport, the customer will have to inform the carrier immediately.

All the orders sent in France and in EU are expressed in Euros all taxes inclusive, with the rates of the current VAT in France.

ARTICLE 7 – RETURN / EXCHANGE
Record Makers makes a commitment to supply you products of high quality. If you are not satisfied with the products, Record Makers makes a commitment to exchange it to you or to pay off it to you. The return of the goods (shipping and taxes) will be at your charge. You have a deadline of 7 days as from the date of reception to send back to us the products.

Damaged or incomplete articles will not be taken back and will have returned to you as is, at your charge.

Returned parcel non-identified can be sent back to their sender.

The settled sold products or on special offer will be neither exchanged nor paid off.
